9. Refunds / Returns

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are limited in most instances. As you (the client) are part of every step of the process, and sign off personally before any payment is taken, it is policy that once payment is taken the result is final. Due to not offering “physical” products, there is no return policy applicable.

With extensive time, resources and internal expenses a necessary for web design, in most cases we (Cox Creative) ask for non-refundable deposits before we engage in any “full” work. This is only ever asked after a quote is given and agreed to, and in some cases after mockups / exemplars are given. Non-refundable deposits are named as such because they cannot be returned, but they do come out of your total quote cost. Once a domain or hosting package has been purchased, this cannot be refunded and is final. This will be told to you at the time of purchase. 

If a project is delayed, cancelled or postponed by the Cox Creative team and a resolution cannot be found, all monies will be returned to the client. If the client delays, cancels or postpones the project, all monies paid will be retained by the Cox Creative team.
